1. Eligibility

To use TANDE, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned from TANDE

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Community Guidelines

To keep TANDE safe and respectful, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Use TANDE for commercial purposes or spam
• Share other users' information without consent
• Use the app while under 18 years of age
• Engage in any illegal activities

4. User Conduct & Content Moderation

We provide tools to help keep the community safe:

• You can block any user at any time. Blocking removes them from your feed and notifies the developer for review.
• You can report abusive or inappropriate behavior. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Regarding our AI Companion and Conversation Coaching features:

• AI coaching is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional advice (not therapy, counseling, or medical advice)
• AI suggestions are provided as guidance, not guarantees
• You are responsible for messages you choose to send
• AI analysis is based on patterns and may not always be accurate
• We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

6. TANDE Plus Subscription

If you subscribe to TANDE Plus:

• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the App Store or Google Play
• Available plans: weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions through your device settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of your app store

7. Content You Create

For content you post on TANDE:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you post
• We may remove content that violates our guidelines

8. Safety

For your safety when meeting connections in person:

• Meet in public places for first meetups
• Tell a friend where you're going
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior
• Never share financial information with connections

9. Limitation of Liability

TANDE provides the service “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, interactions with other users, or reliance on AI suggestions. AI coaching is informational only and should not be considered professional advice. Use TANDE at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
